    Fresh popped popcorn is available daily from 6:00pm to 9:30pm in the lobby.

    Our staff is available 24 hours daily. If you need assistance please dial “0” on room phone. For an emergency dial 911.

  • Facsimile

    A fax machine is available at the front desk. Our fax number is 541-474-9848. The charge is $1.00 per page to send or receive a fax.

  • Mail

    For outgoing mail, please drop off at the Front Desk. Postage is also available.

  • Laundry & Dry Cleaning

    There is a valet bag and laundry form in your guest room closet. Place garments in the bag and bring to the Front Desk by 8:30am, Monday through Friday. Wash and fold service is available Monday – Friday. Garments will be returned by 6:00pm that evening.

  • Lost and Found

    If you have left an item, please contact the Front Desk. We will be happy to ship it back to you.

    Generally 4:00pm. If the room is ready prior to that time, it’s yours!

  • Check Out

    11:00am. If you need more time, contact the front desk. Luggage assistance and storage are also available

  • Airports

    Rogue Valley International – Medford Airport is our major airport. South on I-5 to Exit 33, left on Pine Street and drive east for 2 miles. Entrance to the airport will be on the left.

    Grants Pass Municipal Airport. 1-5 north to Merlin, Exit 61. Left at Merlin Rd., on S. Monument Dr., left at Dellwood Dr. And a slight right onto Brookside Blvd.
